So far what I have seen from the entire series, season 1 and 2 have been ok. There have been some really stong outings like Argento's first JENIFER, Carpenters episode as well as Takashi Miike's episode. Thought with the strong come the weak. Any thoughs on some of the better epsiodes..thoughs on the series all together?
i know these are out on dvd in the uk. still not picked them up and not seen them. look interesting though, but i will wait until they come down in price.

Cigarette Burns is one of the best horror short type things I've ever seen. Wish he made it into a full length feature as I think its wasted on a series like Masters Of Horror which I found patchy at best. They haven't shown the second series here yet (UK).
Series 2 of Masters Of Horror has played on UK Satellite TV on one of the lesser well known channels like Bravo ?. Again highlights were John Carpenter's ( A cool reworking of Assault On Precint 13 but in an abortion clinic & featuring a pretty well done demon from Hell ) & Dario Argento's Pelts. The Japanese entry this series was along the sadly now overused 'Ring' type theme with ghosts & long black hair attacks , this time at sea isolated upon a private family cruiser. bb
