I'm really surprised that this Fred Dekker 80's horror flick hasn't gotten the treatment already! Though it's not the best example of 80's horror, it is however a fun flick none the less. This has had many rumours swirling around it's time to get a shiny upgrade..I'd say give it the DVD treatment!
Well how about HD treatment!
Many 80's horror/sci-fi flix have been showing in HD as of late which could mean DVD release.I mean, we FINALLY get Night of the Comet March 3rd and it has been playing on all sorta of channels INCLUDING HD on ShowtimeHD tomorrow night!
Another great Fred Dekker flick is The Monster Squad which was shown in HD not long ago that I have.No DVD yet, but I just made my own from top quality source.

Ah Night Of The Creeps ... A Classic ... I still remember the joy at nestling down for the night whilst on vacation in Fort Lauderdale & catching Night Of The Creeps on TV ... with an alternate ending. So need a DVD with Both endings.
The Monster Squad is finally getting a DVD release in April
. I have a cracking Japanese Tape of this in Widescreen so no excuses in scrimping on this & doing another Fullscreen issue !.
Looking forward to that coming soon DVD of Night Of The Comet also. bb

Seems the date of April or May is out.But what many are saying is an August 12 date which happens to be the exact date it was release 20yrs ago.
Yeah, they have the old news.The dates have been thrown out but looks like a summer release.
You know, with so much shit, and I mean SHIT, released to DVD, it just pisses me off that there are so many and yet good films go unreleased to DVD.
Comet, Squad, Creeps, and yes, even the best film of them all RAD should have been on DVD ages ago.
Im just glad for channels like MonstersHD and INHD that play these movies for me to have in widescreen HD ( even though MonstersHD likes to crop
rather than give OAR )

Night of the Creeps is in the works next. Well, we can only hope...and dream...
Monster Squad will be released July 24 in a 2 disc set.
