Has anyone had the chance to view any of the releases from this rather new DVD company? Alot of titles that seem to be reissues from Anchor Bay etc.

I have Shameless Films release of "Torso" which is uncut and includes an opening scene that is not in the OOP Anchor Bay DVD release, plus there's scenes that were reinserted that are in Italian with English dubs. Not sure if those scenes are on the Anchor Bay DVD or not. I think Torso is a great Giallo/Horror flick.

English dubs only? Or subtitles? The X-Rated Kult release has the full beginning as well. I wonder how different looking the prints are then? I like the X-Rated version, though the print is alittle soft in colour, but nothing huge.

Sorry, yeah I meant the reinserted scenes in Italian are English subtitled. This is the only version I've seen of it. Rewind say's it's not cut.

Haven't seen their TORSO disc but I've heard that the audio is rather poor...

I think Shameless have released some interesting stuff like VENUS IN FURS (the Dallamano version with the divine Laura Antonelli), RATMAN and THE FRIGHTENED WOMAN so not all of their releases are re-issues.

I'm not too fond of their cover art and stupid taglines but their covers are usually reversible so that you can opt for original artwork as well.

Anyway, it'll be interesting to see what's next from this company.
