RIP Bob
Man, when Steve informed me of this via MSN this morning, I literally broke down crying. What a tragic and incredibly unfair fate for Bob Clark, a brilliant director who's work I've admired from day one. I am shocked, saddened and have been in disbelief all day. And his son - just 22 - absolutely a crime among humanity. Fucking assholes on the road WAKE THE FUCK UP! You are taking good people from us. I hope the guy responsible suffers for the rest of his life because I am just angry and so damn sad.

Bob Clark, you were a genius and you will be never forgotten. God bless youSad
Very sad news... Sad

...but be realistic. There's a lot of terrible things happen in the world. 67 people is killed in Iraq everyday because of the disturbance there, a lot of other countries deals with famine and disasters, terror and murder and so on.

So just be realistic. Bob Clark seemed to me be a very intelligent man with a social consciousness, so I'm sure he would feel the same. Words is just words. Continue to watch and buy his movies, and remember to always support all the other people that acutally suffers and no one cares about.
Fred...each and every single life matters. This isn't an issue of world affairs but to just point out the fact that a director in which many revered has parished due to a stupid incident. I'm not going to get political on this, nor will the thread..there's no need for it!
Yeah, this is very sad news. RIP Bob
I was a big fan of the man and his films. It is indeed another tragic event of a life snuffed out to soon.

R.I.P. Mr. Clark. Sad
I missed all this news!

What another shocker! Stupendously versitle man. To go from "Black Christmas" to "Porky's" to "A Christmas Story" is quite something!

RIP Bob.
