A narrated tale of a male named Geoffery who's life is quite unusual. He prefers to be numbed, to be detached and sort of winging life by a thread. He prefers underarm antiperspirant, simply because it causes the sweat to transfer to the palms of his hands. He's constantly hitting himself over the head with a brick to sustain his numbness. This is the story of his life or the end of it of sorts.

This short is shot on digital and in glorious black and white. Director D/EVIL's vision echo's that of a David Lynch versus David Cronenberg grudge match for supreme kismet. Static laced transitions and a dreamy-like story telling have you in the middle of almost chaotic situation known as Geoffery's Numb. Derived from a story written by Oliver Speer (Spleen), D/EVIL's direction flows with easy, almost like a seasoned director who has flew back on his first love, the short film. Mind you this is not for those who seek the mainstream, but more for the obscurities in film. Several scenes depict situations that the mainstream would consider shock values. One scene in particular, having Geoffery riding the Underground, detached from his surrounding and ejaculated all over passengers around him. This is a definitely a very positive start to a very young career, one that will soon sprout a film entitled Serial X.
